Knife Blocks

Knife blocks currently available are made of spalted wormy hickory with decorative inlay accents in species such as holly, ebony, and padauk. The splines (the diagonal strips at the outer edges of the knife slots) can be ordered in either sycamore or hickory.  The “pouch,” which holds a sharpening steel and is located on the top of each block, is made of the same wood as the splines.  All blocks are finished with three or more coats of lacquer, a durable, water-resistant finish.
